Return/Exchange Policy

GQ-6 Nutrition Incorporated offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all products purchased directly from us. We give our very best effort to ensure that our customers are happy with our products as well as our service. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the remainder of the product to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. You do not need a return number or authorization to send in return. If you purchased a GQ-6 Nutrition product from a retailer or other vendor and are not satisfied, please return the product to your place of purchase.

Multiple unit refunds: If you purchase multiple units of any product and are not completely satisfied, we will refund the cost of one opened container and any remaining unopened containers purchased at the same time.

Return Instructions:

Please enclose a copy of your order receipt with instructions as to whether this is an exchange or return. All returned product should be sent back in its original packaging to receive a full refund. If you are requesting an exchange, please note the product as well as the flavor you would like to replace the exchanged item.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost incurred on your return shipment is at your expense. However, the cost of shipping exchange items back to you will be covered by GQ-6 Nutrition Incorporated.

Receiving a Refund

The time required for you to receive a refund will depend on the following factors:

1 to 10 business days for us to accept the return shipment from your shipper.
1 to 3 business days for us to process your return.
3 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to handle the refund request.
